Cereals market is highly competitive and Kellogg needed a defensive action to maintain its leadership and to have an even stronger approach to the young public. The great challenge of this job was to develop an exclusive promotional product that would be in compliance with every technical restriction.
Solution
Versa remade and transformed the traditional boomerang into a fun mania. Collectible boomerangs have been developed to come inside Sucrilhos’ boxes, and differentiated PoS displays and approaches in parks, beaches and schools were also made.
Results
The promotion has brought a sales increase of approximately 50%, generated spontaneous media in various vehicles and led to the immediate association of Sucrilhos with boomerang. The Sbumers campaign has conquered the title of Kellogg’s best world promotion in that year and then was exported to several countries.
